Job DescriptionRole – People Services Administrator \\n Location – Clapham Junction (three days per week in office, two days remote)\\n Here at The Gym Group we believe we are simply the best in our industry! \\n As a People Services Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the employee experience at The Gym Group. You'll be the first point of contact for our people and managers, making sure they get clear, timely support across every stage of the employee lifecycle – from onboarding through to offboarding. \\n This is a hands-on, service-led role where accuracy, pace, and people skills all matter.

You'll manage People queries through our case management system, support colleagues with our People systems (including Workday), and make sure our data is accurate and up to date. Most importantly, you'll help take the stress out of People processes – breaking things down, solving problems, and making it easy for our teams to get the support they need. \\n Acting as the first point of contact for People and People Systems queries via Fresh Service \\n Managing and resolving cases in line with agreed service levels \\n Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding \\n Processing employee changes accurately and on time in Workday \\n Supporting employees and managers with day-to-day People questions \\n Spotting opportunities to improve our processes and systems and helping bring those improvements to life \\n You're someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering a great service.
