As a Senior Product Manager at The Gym Group, you will lead one or more strategic product domains or Value Stream areas, accountable for identifying the right problems to solve and delivering measurable customer and commercial outcomes . Working across the full product lifecycle, you will combine strong product discovery with pragmatic delivery leadership - using customer insight, data, experimentation and commercial evidence to shape product direction, prioritise investment and continuously improve our products. You will work closely with Product Design, Engineering, Data and business stakeholders to create empowered teams focused on outcomes rather than output , while helping raise the standard of product practice across TGG.
