Location: Hybrid (3 days per week Clapham Junction, 2 days remote)

About the role... As Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in helping the business understand performance, plan for the future, and make sound commercial decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities...

  • Financial Reporting
    • Month-end activities for key business areas
    • Producing accurate and timely P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
    • Analysing financial data and identifying trends and variances
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Supporting the annual plan and biannual reforecast processes
    • Working with stakeholders to build and consolidate budgets
    • Producing forecasts and scenario modelling to support decision-making
  • Cost & Performance Analysis
    • Conducting cost reviews to identify savings and improve profitability
    • Monitoring performance against KPIs and supporting improvements
    • Reconciling relevant balance sheet accounts
  • Collaboration
    • Partnering with teams across the business – from ops to tech to marketing
    • Delivering insights that influence strategy and improve results
    • Helping to shape our planning, investment and financial strategy
    • Supporting the wider Finance department with ad hoc tasks
    • Engaging with external auditors during the year-end audit and ensuring timely resolution of any issues

About You

  • Nearly or newly qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
  • Experience gained within an internal finance function or a professional practice environment (e.g. audit, advisory or accounting services)
  • Confident with Excel and able to interpret and analyse data
  • Proactive, collaborative and a natural relationship builder
  • Keen to learn, grow and make a real impact in a fast-moving business
