Digital Analytics Executive - Clapham Junction, United Kingdom

Full Time Role: Digital Analytics Executive Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in Clapham Junction

You will join our data and analytics team in a hands-on position, working with GA4, dashboards and cross-functional stakeholders to help us make smarter decisions about how we grow our membership and improve the digital experience for our members.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Analysing digital performance data in GA4 and translating findings into clear, actionable insights for teams across the business.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports that stakeholders in Ecommerce, Marketing, Product and CRM rely on day to day.
  • Monitoring data quality and integrity, investigating anomalies and helping to resolve tracking issues before they affect business decisions.
  • Collaborating with our specialist analytics agency on new tracking requirements, platform improvements and implementation projects.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams with data that helps improve website conversion, member acquisition and revenue from upgrades and add-ons.
  • Helping to build a connected view of customer behaviour across our website and mobile app.
  • Contributing ideas for how we collect, report and use digital data more effectively as our analytics capability grows.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyse digital performance - this is essential.
  • A solid understanding of digital analytics concepts including events, conversions, attribution and user journeys.
  • The ability to work with data, spot trends and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and a curious, investigative approach to data quality issues.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and working at pace in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation.
