Delivery Manager (Minimum 9 Month FTC / Maternity Cover) Clapham Junction, in office 3 days per week.

Troi Search are delighted to be working exclusively with The Gym Group as they look for a Mat Cover Delivery Manager to own a critical value stream for the business which looks at a customers "join journey" - experience in digital sales or acquisition or conversion, is key.

As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of full stack digital projects within a value stream. This role involves managing a team of digital specialists, coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Digital Delivery is also responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the project meets the organisation's strategic objectives.

Within this value stream, you will work quite closely with the Digital Marketing to enhance the "join journey" and make it as seamless as possible.

We are looking for someone with extensive Delivery experience where Digital Sales, Conversion & A/B Testing are the focus.
