About the role...
As a Cluster General Manager, you\'ll lead your home gym and oversee 3-4 additional sites within your region. You\'ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading and developing General Managers, and ensuring every site delivers exceptional member service, a safe and compliant environment, and strong commercial performance.
Day-to-day, you\'ll:
- Coach and support General Managers to achieve site targets
- Build engaged, high-performing teams and develop future leaders
- Maintain safe, well-presented gyms that meet brand standards
- Deliver an outstanding member experience, improving satisfaction scores
- Drive revenue growth, manage costs, and maximise profitability
- Lead community engagement and marketing initiatives across your sites
About you...
- Proven leadership of multi-site or high-performing teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and drive to achieve targets
- Experience developing talent and succession planning
- A passion for health and fitness and being a true brand ambassador
Level 2 Fitness Instructor or Level 3 PT qualifications, and Emergency First Aid at Work (EFaW) certification are desirable but not essential
