An East London favourite since the 17th Century, The Gun is a community hub by Spitalfields market serving a great craft drinks selection alongside a carefully curated food menu and one of the best Sunday Roasts you will find.

The Role

  • As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
  • Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding.
  • Your team will look up to you, so it is essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • This role also suits an aspiring Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position; you will be given the opportunity to train, develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
