The Guinness Partnership in Sheffield is seeking a Planned Works Co-ordinator to join our housing services team on a full-time, permanent basis to manage HHSRS cases efficiently and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
You will work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home), coordinate remedial works, maintain accurate records, respond to residents’ enquiries within service standards, and protect resident data in line with GDPR.
