The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Repairs Surveyor to join our team covering Central London on a full-time, permanent basis with agile working. You will carry out surveys and property inspections and oversee subcontracted repairs to ensure they meet our standards and are completed on time.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of building standards, experience with HHSRS assessments, and the ability to manage contractors while delivering excellent customer service to residents.
