The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Repairs Surveyor to cover Central London locations with agile, hybrid working. You will carry out surveys and inspections, oversee subcontracted repairs, and ensure all works meet Guinness standards and timeframes while maintaining excellent resident communication.
The role requires strong knowledge of building standards, HHSRS assessments, and experience in responsive, voids and planned repairs, plus ability to work independently with limited supervision
