We have an exciting opportunity for a Homeowner Services Officer to join our team in Central London. This is a full time permanent role.

About the role: As a Homeowner Services Officer, you will deliver an excellent customer-focused service to homeowners, in accordance with the terms of contracts and performance standards agreed by Guinness. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide a customer-focused, high-quality, legally compliant lease management service to a portfolio of leasehold, shared ownership and freehold customers. You will manage key processes casework, including but not limited to Section 20, lease enforcement, Fire Risk assessment actions and alteration requests. Coordinate actions cross-functionally as required and in line with agreed policies and procedures. In this role, you will also provide subject-matter expertise across the organisation, including interpretation of leases, rights, responsibilities, service charge provisions (including recoverability and any VFM risks), and support cross-functional working.

Desirable:

  • Proven experience of managing residential leasehold and shared ownership homes.
  • Relevant sector experience.
