Guinness Property is seeking an Advanced Electrician to join our South Coast team, delivering responsive repairs for residents. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week with 8:00am–4:30pm hours, plus occasional late shifts and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Role includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota with additional pay. Applicants must live in the Havant area and hold a full UK driving licence. A basic DBS check will be paid for by Guinness.
