This permanent, full-time Estate Assistant post sits in the Estates Team at The Guinness Partnership, delivering grounds maintenance across several sites. The core work is gardening, grounds upkeep and cleaning internal communal areas, keeping outdoor spaces tidy and well cared for. The post also makes the postholder Guinness's on-site representative, building relationships with residents and contractors and reporting repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti and safeguarding concerns. Proven grounds maintenance experience across varied sites is central to fit.

- Carry out gardening and grounds maintenance to high standards

Experience
- Proven professional grounds maintenance experience across a variety of sites and garden types
- Proven experience achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Experience as an Estate Assistant or Grounds Maintenance Assistant
Skills & knowledge
- Experience and knowledge of lawn, shrub and plant care
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation, including COSHH and PPE
- Physical capability for tasks within health and safety guidelines
- Strong customer service skills
