We have a new opportunity for a Domestic Cleaner to join our scheme at Pickmere Court in Crewe on a part time 12 hour per week permanent basis. The successful individual will be providing 12-hour coverage per week in the afternoons between the hours of 12 and 5PM. We understand the importance of flexibility and are happy to discuss the exact number of days worked and specific hours to suit you and the needs of the business. You will be assisting the team in maintaining all communal areas of the building including offices to a high standard whilst having a sensitive and supportive approach to our elderly and vulnerable residents.
Key responsibilities:- To work as part of a team to ensure that all areas within the building are clean and tidy.
- To maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials and ensure they are stored securely according to COSHH guidelines.
- To report minor repairs to management.
- To wash paintwork and clean windows and doors as required.
- Be a Guinness champion by following and promoting policies and procedures, with particular attention to standards of customer service, health and safety, and equality and diversity.
- Experience of cleaning.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and COSHH guidelines.
- Understanding of the needs of particular client groups, e.g. the elderly.
- IT Literate.
