Would you like to join our Estates team as a Cleaner and contribute to delivering an exceptional service to our residents? This is a valuable opportunity for individuals who are customer-focused and enjoy working as part of a team.
As a Cleaner, you will report to the Estate Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services at our local scheme in Devizes. You will become part of a small, dedicated team committed to providing an efficient cleaning service. Your role will involve maintaining the cleanliness of all internal and external communal areas to consistently high standards.
You will be an experienced cleaner, ideally with previous experience in cleaning estates and/or housing schemes. You will also possess strong customer service skills and demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile to complete tasks effectively.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in cleaning to excellent standards
- Proven experience in operating cleaning equipment, including electrical items such as vacuum or carpet cleaners
- Proven ability to record and communicate information accurately and promptly
- Previous experience in managing stock of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals
- Ability to report and schedule necessary repairs
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
Desirable:
- Previous experience in cleaning within a residential setting
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
- Understanding and appreciation of the diverse needs of individuals and communities
