The Guinness Partnership in Crewe is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Repairs and Maintenance team within the Guinness Property Team. This permanent 40-hour-week role covers 8am–7pm Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota, and a hybrid model blending office, on-site and home working.
You will manage an area-based operations team, ensuring delivery of a quality responsive repairs service, and you'll bring hands-on trade experience with NVQ or City & Guilds
