Join us at Guide Dogs as a Senior Technician (Infrastructure) and play a crucial role in ensuring our IT services are robust, secure, and future-ready. Working within our IS Service Delivery team, you’ll be instrumental in keeping our organisation connected and resilient.
You’ll support, maintain and enhance our core infrastructure across physical and cloud environments—managing everything from servers and networks to storage and endpoint solutions. You’ll lead on project workstreams, contribute to critical incident management, and be a go-to expert for more complex technical challenges. Your insight and experience will help shape the way we deliver services to our colleagues and ultimately support our life-changing work with people affected by sight loss.
