As a Legacy Campaign Executive at Guide Dogs, you'll support the delivery of impactful legacy marketing campaigns and supporter stewardship activities that drive acquisition, engagement and long‑term supporter value. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you'll help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard, contributing to Guide Dogs' mission of helping people with sight loss live the life they choose. The Legacy Campaign Executive will be an expert in delivering high‑quality administration, managing multiple projects and competing deadlines, and collaborating effectively with colleagues and suppliers to ensure successful campaign delivery. Our Legacy Campaign Executives play a huge part in ensuring everything we do enables us to deliver on our purpose and exceed expectations, inspiring people to leave a gift in their Will to Guide Dogs.
This permanent role is offered on a hybrid basis, with attendance in our Reading office one or two days per week and the remainder of your working time from home. This is a part‑time role working 28 hours per week, ideally between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, although some flexibility may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of engaging legacy fundraising campaigns and supporter loyalty activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Coordinate campaign content and creative approvals, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Manage supporter and stakeholder enquiries relating to Legacies and the In Memoriam giving programme, providing an excellent experience at every touchpoint.
- Oversee campaign responses, supporter journeys and stewardship processes, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely communications.
- Analyse campaign performance, produce post‑campaign reports and identify opportunities to improve future activity and supporter engagement.
- Collaborate with digital colleagues to maintain and enhance content across the Legacy and In Memoriam web pages.
- Build strong relationships with external suppliers, ensuring high‑quality services are delivered to agreed deadlines and budgets.

Skills and Competencies
- Educated to GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent qualification (QCF level 2 / SQCF level 5).
- Previous exposure to working in a busy environment with proven ability to effectively multi‑task to be able to deliver against competing deadlines.
- Proven experience of working effectively with a number of different teams and suppliers.
- Competent Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
