We’re now looking for a Senior Propositions Manager (6 month FTC) to help shape and deliver engaging product experiences that drive audience engagement and commercial growth.
As a Senior Propositions Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our consumer product propositions. Working at the intersection of user needs, commercial ambition, and product strategy, you’ll turn insight into action by creating and optimising propositions that drive engagement and revenue. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
About the Role
- Develop and evaluate product propositions using data, audience insight and competitor analysis
- Build compelling business cases for new features, monetisation models, and partnership opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Editorial, Design, Data, Tech, Legal and Marketing teams to drive delivery
- Define and track success metrics for live products and experimental initiatives, sharing insights to guide continuous improvement
- Champion audience-centric thinking through user research, testing, and customer feedback
- Work closely with Commercial Management to forecast revenue and model ROI
- Manage stakeholder relationships and cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth execution
About You
- You’re a commercially minded, data-driven thinker who excels at turning strategy into results
- Proven experience developing and optimising product propositions using data and insight
- A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to build business cases and deliver measurable ROI
- Experience defining and interpreting success metrics to inform product decisions
- A good understanding of digital media, news, or subscription-based business models
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, user-first approach with a focus on scalable impact

You’ll have 30 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) pro rata. Our pension scheme is generous; if you contribute 5% then we will contribute 8-12% (depending on your age).
