We're now looking for a Senior Growth Manager (Product Acquisitions) to lead strategic planning and execution of acquisition marketing initiatives across our owned digital channels, ensuring alignment with business goals, product priorities, and customer needs.

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition across Guardian apps and premium products through effective campaign and channel management. To achieve this you will:

  • Own the development of quarterly and annual acquisition plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, product priorities, and customer needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of product launches, promotional offers, and new feature rollouts across our owned marketing channels.
  • Work closely with Paid Marketing, CRM, Commercial and Product & Engineering teams, to ensure our acquisition activity is data-driven, well-integrated, and continuously optimised for performance.

About You

We're looking for a proactive, strategic thinker with experience in acquisition marketing and cross-functional campaign management. You will bring:

  • Proven experience leading strategic planning and delivery of acquisition marketing activity, particularly across owned digital channels.
  • Strong project management skills and experience collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation, CRM, app store distribution, and paid media integration.
  • Analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to performance optimisation and strategic direction.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, with creativity in shaping impactful customer acquisition journeys.

You'll have 30 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) with the option to purchase an additional 5 days. Our pension scheme is generous; if you contribute 5% then we will contribute 8-12% (depending on your age).
