In this exciting role you will work as part of a wider Finance team, reporting to the Director of Finance you will be responsible for ensuring the payroll process is completed in timely and efficient manner.
You will be responsible for the end to end running of the payroll process for roughly around 340 staff.
Your day to day duties will include;

Updating monthly payroll changes

Calculating maternity/paternity pay

Ensuring changes in pattern of work are reflected in the payroll report

Completing payroll reports

Completing monthly payroll run

Ensuring all payroll compliance is completed and submitted in a timely manner

Addressing any internal payroll queries

Setting up each employee on correct pension schemes and updated changes where required
This is an ideal role for any payroll professional who has effectively managed the end to end payroll process preferably in a charity. Knowledge of payroll legislations, and pension is essential.
You will be afforded a month long handover period with the current person in post, therefore your availability to start before Christmas is essential.
