ABOUT OUR CLIENT
We are recruiting on behalf of a high-growth consumer health business with a strong reputation for quality, trust, and customer outcomes. They have built a scaled DTC operation from the ground up and are now expanding their operational programmes into new territory. With an exceptional customer satisfaction record and operations spanning multiple sites, they are at an exciting inflection point - growing fast, with the infrastructure and ambition to match. This is a business that takes both its customers and its delivery standards seriously.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Business Operations Project Manager, you will be the execution engine that turns the SLT's highest-priority initiatives into real outcomes. You will act as the cross-functional 'glue' across Commercial, Tech/Product, Clinical, and Customer Operations - owning delivery end-to-end, driving pace, and making sure projects don’t just get started, they get finished and embedded into the business. Operating close to the CEO and senior leadership, this is a high-trust, high-impact role with real autonomy to shape how a scaling business executes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional priority projects - converting ambiguous briefs into clear plans, owners, milestones, and decisions.
- Run project governance including timelines, RAID logs, and escalation paths, keeping momentum high and blockers surfaced early.
- Support the CEO and SLT through the PMO, maintaining alignment on sequencing, interdependencies, and business priorities.
- Own onboarding and integration of external partners - from scoping through to live - with clear measurement frameworks and working rhythms.
- Maintain an active presence across both sites to ground delivery in operational reality and frontline feedback.
- Build lightweight but disciplined delivery standards - project charters, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure work is fully operationalised into BAU, with documented processes and clear ownership.
WHAT OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR
Essential
- A proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced DTC, eCommerce, or consumer services environment.
- Strong programme management fundamentals: scoping, planning, governance, stakeholder management, and execution discipline.
- Ability to work credibly across commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong written communication: concise updates, decision capture, and exec-level reporting.
Highly Valued
- Formal PM qualification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or Agile equivalent) - though proven delivery in complex environments is valued above certificates.
- Experience spanning fulfilment, customer operations, and growth teams.
- Experience onboarding and integrating external partners and agencies.
- Familiarity with PMO-style operating models, with the judgment to keep governance outcome-focused and free of bureaucracy.
- Comfortable operating close to leadership in a high-trust, high-pace environment.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU ARE...
- A delivery operator, not a meeting creator - you create momentum, reduce noise, and ship.
- Comfortable in complexity - you handle ambiguity and competing priorities without losing pace or quality.
- Commercially aware and operationally grounded - you understand trade-offs and make smart delivery decisions.
- Calm, credible, and accountable - you can influence senior stakeholders and hold people to commitments.
- Happy in a hybrid, multi-site reality - you want to be in the business, not on the periphery of it.
