We are partnering with a lifestyle and wellness brand. As the business enters a major chapter of growth and a significant brand refresh, we are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead strategy and execution, amplify brand presence, and drive commercial impact across owned and partner channels.

About the role

This role sits within the marketing team and owns end‑to‑end social media and influencer strategy and delivery. You will develop the brand’s social voice, plan and execute content and campaigns, and build an effective influencer programme that drives awareness, engagement and sales across D2C and retail channels. Working closely with brand, creative, ecommerce and commercial leads, you’ll balance long‑term brand building with short‑term trading objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and owning the social media strategy across organic and paid activity for core channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube and others as relevant).
  • Creating and managing the content calendar, briefing and collaborating with in‑house creative and external agencies to deliver best‑in‑class creative executions.
  • Designing, managing and scaling an influencer programme spanning long‑term brand partners, macro and micro creators, and affiliate relationships to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Running influencer outreach, contracting, content approval and performance tracking to ensure ROI and brand alignment.
  • Executing paid social campaigns in partnership with performance teams to drive acquisition, retention and trading uplift across D2C channels.
  • Monitoring and reporting on channel performance, audience growth, engagement, sentiment and conversion metrics; using insight to optimise content, media and partnerships.
  • Ensuring on‑brand tone of voice and creative standards across all social touchpoints and influencer content.
  • Managing budgets, supplier relationships and contracts related to social and influencer activity.
  • Keeping abreast of platform trends, creator commerce models and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and new formats.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with ecommerce, commercial, retail and customer service teams to align social and influencer work with product launches, retail activations and promotional calendars.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years’ hands‑on experience in social media and influencer management, ideally within premium FMCG, beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling influencer programmes that drive measurable brand and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong content sensibility with experience briefing creative, producing assets and optimising formats for platform‑specific performance.
  • Confident with social analytics and performance measurement (KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, CPA, ROAS).
  • Experienced in managing paid social activity in collaboration with performance teams or agencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, founder‑led or scaling environment.
  • Highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and seasonal launches simultaneously.
  • UK‑based or UK‑accessible, with experience or understanding of international markets an advantage.

Why this role?

  • Join a premium brand at a pivotal moment of transformation and growth.
  • Lead a visible, high‑impact function that connects brand, commerce and creative work.
  • Opportunity to shape and scale influencer‑led commerce and social‑first creative programmes.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with clear progression opportunities as the team expands.
