About the Role
A rare and exciting opportunity to participate in the creative strategy and production that fuels the growth marketing funnels of a fast-moving brand. Working closely with the Head of Creative, Director of Growth and CEO to blueprint the assets that are seen by millions of people.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Own and execute our performance-driven content strategy, ensuring all creative is optimised for conversions.
- Take the lead on creative production, briefing and managing our team of designers, video editors and media buyers to bring creative strategies to life.
- Using data and insights to develop creative iterations and updates to continuously drive compounded improvement.
- Working with our Meta and TikTok reps to identify new trends, innovations and opportunities to incorporate into our strategy.
- Provide feedback to the wider marketing team as part of the creative process.
- Analyse top-performing ads in the beauty and skincare space to inform our creative.
About You
- You're a digital native with extensive knowledge in DR / Social / Digital first creative.
- You're a powerhouse who can generate multiple ad concepts quickly and enjoys testing innovative formats.
- You understand the principles of growth/performance marketing for Meta and TikTok ads, with an understanding of platform-specific nuances.
- You're research-oriented mindset - regularly analysing competitor activity, platform trends, and wellness category content.
- You're not afraid to go from concept to live creative/ad in less than 8 hours - if so required.
- You're a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership that takes pride in their work.
- You're able to manage competing priorities and workloads.
- You're high energy and results focused.
