Location: London (Shoreditch) | Office days: Tue–Thu (hybrid) | Contract: Full-time, permanent

Our client is a fast-growing, purpose-led consumer business improving everyday wellbeing for people and families impacted by major health conditions. Their products are sold internationally (D2C, marketplaces and wholesale) and already trusted by over one million people worldwide. They are scaling quickly, with big growth potential ahead.

Responsibilities

  • Own inventory and supply planning across multiple sales channels and markets including the direct to consumer Shopify site, Amazon and wholesale partners.
  • Manage 3PL providers fulfilment performance and improve service levels / delivery experience.
  • Drive cost efficiencies across freight, packaging and logistics.
  • Oversee quality and compliance, including product standards and import/export basics (e.g., tariff codes).
  • Build and maintain weekly operational reporting (availability, inbound/outbound, inventory health, risks).
  • Partner with Marketing/Commercial/Finance teams on forecasting and demand planning.
  • Help refine operational processes and build scalable ways of working.
  • Join a weekly customer service rotation to stay close to customer experience and pain points.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in operations / supply chain / commercial ops (eCommerce ideal).
  • Confident with Excel and numbers, able to translate data into actions and priorities.
  • Commercially astute with a growth mindset.
  • Experience managing external partners (3PLs, suppliers) and keeping projects moving.
  • Practical, proactive, and improvement-driven, someone who spots issues early and fixes root causes.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment (hands-on, sleeves rolled up).
