About The Role

They are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on content creation, social media management, SEO, and paid ad campaigns. You will play a key role in building and growing our brand presence across multiple digital channels while ensuring all marketing efforts align with our passion for fitness and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Schedule, post, and monitor content to maximise engagement and audience growth.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering strong relationships with followers and members.

Content Creation & Brand Development

  • Plan, create, and edit high-quality photo, video, and graphic content tailored for each platform.
  • Utilise tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), and video editing software to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Kulture Gym’s branding, voice, and marketing objectives.

Videography & Editing

  • Capture and edit video footage showcasing gym activities, events, and member success stories.
  • Optimise video content for different platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

SEO & Digital Marketing

  • Implement SEO best practices to optimise website content and social media posts, improving search visibility and organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyse keyword trends to enhance content strategy.

Paid Advertising & Performance Tracking

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and audience growth to continuously refine marketing strategies.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the General Manager and wider team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Analyse social media and website analytics to optimise campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Research competitors and industry trends to keep Kulture Gym at the forefront of fitness marketing.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Actively engage with the gym community to build brand loyalty and create a sense of belonging.
  • Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, influencer marketing strategies, and digital content best practices.
  • Identify and collaborate with fitness influencers, brand ambassadors, and UGC creators to amplify brand reach.

About You

They are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for fitness and a deep understanding of content-driven marketing. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and excited about growing a brand that resonates with the fitness community.

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in marketing, social media management, content creation, or a similar role.

  • Paid Ads Experience: Experience in running and optimising paid campaigns on social and search platforms.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or equivalent tools.
  • Videography & Editing: Experience capturing and editing video content for social media.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to track, measure, and interpret campaign performance and audience engagement.
