Our client is one of the leading Digital Agencies in the Construction and Built Environment sectors. As they continue to grow, they need a highly motivated, super organised, personable person to lead some of their biggest accounts. This is a client-facing role for someone that thrives on building relationships, delivering first-class service, and turning complex ideas into engaging content. Key Responsibilities
- Delivering planned communication campaigns on time, to a high standard and within budget.
- Project management: you will define KPIs and success metrics, tracking progress, and proactively surfacing insights and optimisation ideas.
- Client meetings: It is essential that you get close to your clients. You will use meetings to act as a proactive consultant — spotting growth opportunities, suggesting new channels, content angles, or strategic tweaks for your clients.
- Managing the provision of engaging content for press articles, websites, brochures and social media.
- Developing excellent working relationships with relevant editorial teams or publishers, maximising opportunities for press coverage.
- Managing digital marketing programmes. You will be sufficiently knowledgeable about the main digital content channels to be able to analyse and report on results.
- You will oversee the production of graphic and video content – working with the appropriate internal and external teams.
- Contributing to new business acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years in a digital marketing, PR, or communications role (agency experience preferred).
- Client-facing excellence: Confident in leading meetings, presenting ideas, and building trust through face-to-face engagement as well as day-to-day management.
- Content-led: Strong background in writing, editing, or content creation.
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Educated to degree level – this is a mandatory requirement.
- Full, clean UK driving licence required.
