The Opportunity
Reporting into the commercial leadership team, you'll be responsible for building and executing a global TikTok Shop strategy, optimising D2C performance and developing CRM programmes that drive retention and lifetime value. This is a commercially focused role combining strategic ownership with hands-on delivery across trading, content, paid social, CRO and lifecycle marketing.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing marketplace growth strategies for TikTok Shop including launch plans for new markets and scaling playbooks for top-performing regions.
- Leading major campaign periods and product drops on TikTok Shop and coordinating with global marketing, creative and operations teams to maximise impact.
- Managing performance media and creator partnerships - owning paid social, influencer/creator strategies and in-platform ad spend to drive acquisition and conversion.
- Optimising content and listings for discovery and conversion on TikTok Shop, including short-form creative, product pages and livestream programming.
- Owning D2C eCommerce performance - defining CRO roadmaps, managing merchandising and site experience improvements, and delivering commercial KPIs across global D2C sites.
- Leading CRM and lifecycle strategy - building segmented email, SMS and in-app programmes to increase retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
- Monitoring performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations; setting up dashboards and reporting to track revenue, margin and engagement metrics.
- Working cross-functionally with brand, creative, supply chain, operations and regional teams to deliver commercial objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Setting standards and best practice for TikTok Shop operations globally, including governance, SOPs and vendor/creator management.
About You
We're looking for a commercially-minded eCommerce and social commerce specialist with a proven track record of scaling revenue on platform ecosystems and managing D2C and CRM channels. You'll bring:
- Proven experience growing TikTok Shop or equivalent social commerce channels (or demonstrable success with marketplace or platform-led trading).
- Strong D2C eCommerce experience with hands-on knowledge of CRO, merchandising, product launches and site optimisation.
- CRM and lifecycle expertise - experience building segmented email, SMS and retention programmes that drive measurable uplift in repeat purchase and CLV.
- Paid social and creator partnership experience with the ability to manage media budgets, optimise campaigns and work closely with creators to drive commerce performance.
- Commercial acumen and analytical capability - comfortable interpreting performance data, setting targets and translating insight into prioritised action.
- Experience of international markets and the ability to develop scalable playbooks across multiple regions.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with strong stakeholder management and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Experience within fragrance, beauty, fashion or wider consumer goods brands would be highly advantageous.
