We’re working with a fast-growing, London-based health and wellness brand that is looking for a CRM Executive to join its growing team. The business has scaled quickly over the last few years and has built a strong DTC and repeat-purchase customer base. They’re now looking for someone to support their CRM and retention strategy, working closely with the CRM & Retention Lead and taking real ownership of campaigns and lifecycle activity. This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who already has good Klaviyo experience and wants the opportunity to do more, take ownership and develop quickly within a high-growth DTC brand. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in their central London HQ.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and managing the monthly CRM campaign calendar around product launches, trading activity and key seasonal moments
  • Building, scheduling, QAing and reporting on campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Building and optimising automated flows across welcome, replenishment, win-back and other key customer journeys
  • Using behavioural and transactional data to create smarter customer segments and more personalised communications
  • Running A/B tests across campaigns and flows and using the results to continuously improve performance
  • Writing campaign and flow briefs and using AI tools to support copy and content creation
  • Looking at CRM performance across engagement, conversion, repeat purchase and revenue
  • Working closely with the wider ecommerce, growth and creative teams

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ll ideally have 3+ years’ experience across CRM, email or lifecycle marketing within an ecommerce business and be confident getting hands-on in Klaviyo.
  • You’ll be naturally analytical and interested in understanding customer behaviour rather than simply getting campaigns out of the door.
  • You should be comfortable looking at performance across open rates, CTR, conversion and repeat purchase and using those insights to improve what you do next.
  • Experience within a DTC health, wellness, beauty or other consumer brand would be particularly relevant, as would exposure to Shopify, GA4, Hotjar, Canva or Figma.
  • Experience across other retention channels such as WhatsApp, direct mail or social would also be useful, but isn't essential.

Why it's worth considering:

  • This is a great opportunity to join a genuinely fast-growing health and wellness brand at an exciting point in its journey.
  • The team is still relatively small, so you’ll have plenty of visibility and the opportunity to make an impact rather than being one small part of a large CRM function.
  • You’ll get real ownership from day one, while still working alongside an experienced CRM & Retention Lead, so there’s plenty of opportunity to learn and develop as the business continues to grow.
  • The package includes 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, an additional day's holiday for each year of service, private healthcare, pension, team socials and retreats, and the opportunity to work remotely abroad for short periods.

If you're currently working in CRM or lifecycle marketing, know your way around Klaviyo and would like to join a fast-paced DTC brand where you can really develop, I'd love to hear from you.
