We are partnering with a premium consumer brand that is entering an exciting new phase of growth and are investing heavily into its B2B growth strategy. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to build and lead a high-growth commercial channel, working with some of the UK's best-known luxury hotels, hospitality groups and premium corporate clients. The business already has an incredibly strong consumer brand. Now they're looking for someone to help accelerate their presence across hospitality and corporate gifting.
You'll be joining at a pivotal point in the company's growth, with the opportunity to build a new commercial channel, influence strategy and work with a highly respected premium brand. The longer-term ambition is for this role to evolve into leading an international B2B business as the channel expands globally.
The role
Around 70% of your time will focus on developing new business across luxury hotels, hotel groups, spas, wellness destinations and premium hospitality operators. The remaining 30% will be centred around building long-term corporate gifting partnerships with premium brands and businesses. This is a hands-on commercial role where you'll own the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities and opening doors, through to pitching, negotiating, launching and growing strategic accounts. It's an opportunity to shape the strategy, influence the direction of the channel and play a key role in the next stage of the company's growth.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 12–18 months, you'll be focused on building a high-performing B2B sales channel. Success in the role will include:
- Building a strong pipeline of amenities opportunities that becomes the primary driver of channel sales.
- Securing partnerships with luxury hotels, hotel groups, health clubs and premium hospitality businesses.
- Delivering sales and margin targets through accurate forecasting, strong commercial management and a well-maintained pipeline.
- Successfully launching new partnerships while retaining, renewing and growing existing customer relationships.
- Developing a corporate gifting pipeline that becomes a meaningful part of the wider B2B business.
About You
You'll be a commercially driven business development or sales professional with experience building strategic B2B partnerships and managing premium customer relationships. We're looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing new business and building long-term partnerships. You'll be confident presenting to senior stakeholders, negotiating commercial agreements and managing opportunities from initial conversation through to launch and ongoing account growth.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in business development, commercial sales or account management within luxury hospitality, premium beauty, wellness, lifestyle or another premium consumer environment.
- A proven track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience negotiating pricing, managing margins and delivering against sales targets.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across hotels, hospitality groups, corporate organisations or other premium B2B customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to tailor proposals and influence stakeholders.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and longer sales cycles.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts and account activity.
