About the role

We are partnering with a well-established premium consumer brand entering a new phase of B2B growth. This is a senior commercial leadership role with full ownership of the global B2B P&L across wholesale, amenity (hospitality), and corporate gifting. This is a build-and-scale mandate, not an account management role. The Director of B2B will define strategy, secure high-value partners, and put in place the systems, team, and operating cadence required to deliver profitable, premium-led growth in the UK, with future international expansion in scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the global B2B P&L across wholesale, amenity, and gifting.
  • Develop and execute a 2–3 year B2B growth strategy and annual commercial plans.
  • Secure new premium wholesale and amenity partners and rationalise underperforming accounts.
  • Build and manage a structured business development pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Own commercial negotiations, trading terms, margins, and promotional investment.
  • Build the corporate gifting channel end-to-end, creating a scalable and repeatable model.
  • Establish B2B operating systems covering forecasting, margin governance, and performance reporting.
  • Build and lead a high-performing B2B commercial team.
  • Partner closely with DTC, Brand, Product, and Supply Chain teams.

What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)

  • Strong growth in amenity revenue through expanded and new premium partnerships.
  • 2–4 new high-quality wholesale partners secured with clear launch plans.
  • Wholesale channel rationalised to improve profitability and brand alignment.
  • Corporate gifting established as a meaningful, repeatable revenue stream.
  • A robust B2B commercial engine in place with clear pipeline cadence and forecasting discipline.

About You

  • Senior B2B commercial leader from premium consumer, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality brands.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue and margin growth.
  • Experience winning, scaling, or restructuring wholesale or amenity accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build commercial processes, forecasting, and teams from scratch.
  • Commercially sharp, action‑oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a bias for ownership and execution.

Why Join

  • Lead and shape B2B growth for a premium British heritage brand with global ambition.
  • Own a high‑impact commercial P&L and long‑term channel strategy.
  • Work closely with senior leadership in a high‑autonomy environment.
  • Play a key role in the brand’s next phase of growth and value creation.
