  • Data‑Driven Insight: Monitor and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance data – including sales trends, stock health, and channel profitability – and deliver actionable insights to improve results.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative and brand teams to ensure all marketplace content & assets (product pages, storefronts, seasonal campaigns) meets brand standards and drives engagement.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Act as the internal expert and advocate for marketplace retail, delivering regular updates and performance reviews to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
  • Market Awareness: Stay ahead of marketplace trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
