A fast-growing, digitally native beauty brand is looking for an eCommerce & Digital Trade Manager to join their team and drive the next phase of D2C growth. This is a brand-new role with real ownership, reporting into the Head of eCommerce and playing a key role in shaping digital trading strategy across the brand’s global ecommerce store and TikTok Shop. The business is a vibrant, product-led beauty brand with an international footprint across the UK and North America. This role will sit at the heart of the ecommerce function, combining digital trading, performance analysis and commercial strategy to maximise revenue and customer growth. This is a hybrid role working in West London 3 days per week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and deliver monthly digital sales targets across ecommerce channels
- Develop and execute short and long-term trading strategies
- Manage the seasonal trading calendar across web and TikTok Shop
- Identify opportunities through data analysis, reporting and performance insights
- Drive best-in-class online merchandising and product presentation
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to optimise campaign performance
- Monitor trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities across ecommerce and TikTok
- Support initiatives such as TikTok Lives, promotions and product launches
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3+ years’ experience in an ecommerce trading or digital trading role
- Experience working in fast-paced consumer, fashion or beauty environments
- Strong understanding of Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Experience with TikTok Shop is highly desirable
- Passion for D2C ecommerce, digital trends and the beauty industry
