About the Company

We are working with a high-growth DTC luxury fashion brand based in Norfolk hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team, and lead on Paid Social Campaigns.
This is a newly created role in a brand quickly becoming iconic in British heritage fashion, where you\'ll have plenty of opportunity for growth and career development, and make a significant impact on the brand going forward.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Collaborating with creatives to bring campaign assets to life and ensure they resonate with a fashion-conscious audience.
  • Tracking and analysing performance data to support smart decision-making.
  • Helping to build targeting strategies and audience segments to maximise return on ad spend.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience or strong interest in fashion ecommerce and paid media.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Confident using Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking.
  • Comfortable working at pace in a dynamic retail environment.
