They are seeking a Growth Manager to own and accelerate their customer acquisition and retention strategies, with a strong focus on subscription and membership growth. This role will sit at the intersection of performance marketing, conversion rate optimisation, and lifecycle marketing, with the ultimate goal of driving efficient, sustainable growth for our brand. You’ll work cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics teams to launch high-performing campaigns, optimise the customer journey, and scale our subscriber base across multiple channels.
