We are partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand seeking a proactive and creative Creative Strategist to lead copywriting, UGC briefing, Meta ad management, email marketing and campaign design. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with practical execution and enjoys working across paid, owned and earned channels to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
The Opportunity
- You will shape campaign concepts end-to-end, develop compelling copy and creative briefs for user-generated content (UGC), manage Meta advertising performance, design email journeys and ensure campaigns are cohesive across channels.
- You’ll work closely with brand, performance and creative teams to translate strategy into measurable activity.
What You’ll Lead
- End-to-end campaign planning and execution across paid social, email and owned channels.
- High-quality copywriting for ads, landing pages, emails and creative briefs that reflect brand tone and commercial objectives.
- Briefing, commissioning and managing UGC creators to produce on-brand, performance-driven content.
- Day-to-day management of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts: setup, optimisation, A/B testing and reporting.
- Designing and building email marketing programmes, from lifecycle flows to campaign sends, with focus on segmentation and personalisation.
- Collaborating with designers, media planners and data analysts to ensure creative and targeting align with commercial goals.
- Tracking campaign performance and producing clear, actionable reporting and insight.
- Ensuring all activity follows brand guidelines, privacy and advertising policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Write persuasive, on-brand copy for social ads, email subject lines, body copy and landing pages.
- Produce concise, creative briefs for UGC creators and manage the content pipeline.
- Build, launch and optimise Meta campaigns to maximise ROAS and conversion metrics.
- Set up audience strategies, conversion tracking and pixel management in partnership with analytics.
- Develop email campaigns and automated journeys, including testing and optimisation.
- Prioritise experiments and A/B tests to continually improve creative and messaging.
- Maintain clear asset libraries, briefs and version control for internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a creative, performance or content role within e-commerce, retail or consumer brands.
- Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of ad, email and landing page copy.
- Practical experience managing Meta advertising accounts and familiarity with Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Experience briefing and working with UGC creators or influencer partners.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar) and best practice for deliverability and segmentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable managing cross-functional relationships.
- Organised, deadline-driven and able to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
