About the Company
We are partnered with a high-growth wellness and personal care brand operating at the intersection of culture, performance and purpose. Backed by deep FMCG expertise, they are stocked nationwide, scaling internationally, and entering a pivotal next phase of growth across product innovation, retail expansion and a rapidly accelerating digital and social-first ecosystem.
About the Role
This is a content-led brand leadership role. They are looking for someone to design and run a high-performing content engine that drives organic reach, cultural relevance and commercial impact. You won’t be the person filming or editing - instead, you’ll build the systems, structure and standards that make great content inevitable.
Your core focus will be on:
- Creating a scalable content factory model across social, brand and community channels
- Establishing a strong editorial rhythm and creative operating cadence
- Building and managing a network of creators, freelancers and specialist partners
- Setting the bar for world-class briefing, creative direction and output quality
- Owning content planning, feedback loops and performance insights to continually improve creative effectiveness
Alongside this, you’ll help shape and protect the brand’s creative expression as it scales - evolving tone of voice, humour and visual identity while maintaining consistency across DTC, marketplaces, social platforms and retail environments. You’ll work closely with growth and social teams to ensure content performs both creatively and commercially, and collaborate with a hands-on, TikTok-first social lead who brings the day-to-day content to life.
About You
You’re a content-first brand builder with experience in high-growth, creator-led or DTC environments. You understand how modern brands win attention and turn it into momentum.
- Have deep experience building content systems, not just campaigns
- Know how to brief creators and creatives brilliantly
- Think strategically but are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build processes from scratch
- Are obsessed with how modern brands earn attention, community and cultural relevance
- Thrive in fast-moving, slightly chaotic scale-up environments
- Care deeply about brand integrity, while pushing for brave, disruptive creative
