About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Art Director to work in close partnership with the Creative Director, with a primary focus on the artistic execution and production of all visual assets across the business. The Art Director will own the development, execution, and quality control of Wonderskin’s visual output, ensuring consistency, craft, and excellence across campaigns, photoshoots, packaging, digital assets, social content, CRM, growth marketing, and retail environments. The Art Director will lead and manage a team of designers within packaging, social and CRM, and growth-focused digital design, guiding day-to-day execution and elevating visual standards across all deliverables.
