Are you a relationship‑driven commercial operator who knows how to grow and protect high‑value accounts? Our client is a leading specialist in cleanroom solutions and is looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a multi‑million‑pound customer base across the South East and M4 Corridor.
This is a role for someone who thrives on strategic account development, long‑term customer partnerships, and delivering exceptional service in technically demanding environments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of high‑value accounts across the South East and M4 Corridor
- Driving growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and proactive opportunity spotting
- Strengthening retention by building trusted, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders
- Acting as the commercial lead for major customers, ensuring service excellence and contract performance
