The Growth Consultants are working with a rapidly growing company at the forefront of the UK's renewable energy and home improvement sector. Specialising in solutions that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability, they’re committed to helping customers reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs. Current offerings include Solar (with battery storage), Air Source Heat Pumps, and insulation. They’re seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and significantly grow their existing sales department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for the 'Able to Pay' market segment, focusing on accelerated growth.
  • Direct-to-Consumer Sales: Lead the direct sales efforts for our core product offerings, including Solar (with battery storage), Air Source Heat Pumps, and insulation, directly engaging with customers across the UK.
  • Product Expansion: Oversee the expansion of the department's sales portfolio to encompass all eligible measures under the ECO4 scheme.
  • Sales Growth: Drive and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs, particularly focusing on rapid growth.
  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the UK renewable energy and home improvement sectors.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer journey from initial contact through to sale completion.

About You:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: A strong track record of success in sales management, ideally within the renewable energy, home improvement, or a related direct-to-consumer sales environment.
