Take Ownership. Shape Strategy. Drive Growth.

If you’re a strategic marketer who loves turning insight into commercial impact, this role gives you the freedom, influence and visibility to do your best work.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can blend creativity with commercial thinking – someone who enjoys building strong relationships, spotting new opportunities, and developing marketing that genuinely moves the needle. This isn’t a role buried in campaigns; it’s a chance to shape direction, elevate brand presence, and help a growing business deepen engagement with key clients while expanding into new markets.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Sales and Product, ensuring every initiative supports long-term growth, strengthens client relationships and creates meaningful opportunities for the commercial team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading marketing strategy – shaping a clear, commercially aligned plan that supports business goals
  • Driving demand – increasing qualified engagement and opening doors to new organisations
  • Growing key accounts – developing targeted initiatives that deepen relationships and increase spend
  • Using insight to influence direction – analysing trends, client behaviour and competitor activity to guide positioning
  • Owning campaigns and events – managing the calendar, shaping webinars, thought leadership and external events
  • Improving marketing performance – tracking ROI, inbound conversion and commercial impact
  • Leading a small team – coaching, developing and building a high-performing, accountable function

What You Bring

  • Experience leading B2B marketing with clear commercial outcomes
  • A track record of demand generation, client acquisition or account growth
  • Strong analytical instincts – you enjoy using insight to shape strategy
  • Confidence working across both strategic and hands-on marketing
  • Natural leadership skills and the ability to bring people with you
  • Curiosity, creativity and a drive to make a measurable difference

Why This Role Stands Out

You’ll have genuine ownership, the trust to introduce new ideas, and the opportunity to build a modern, data-driven marketing engine. If you’re motivated by growth, collaboration and seeing your work directly influence commercial success, this role offers the autonomy and impact you’ll thrive on.
