We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to join a growing digital agency at an exciting point in its development. With a strong client base and ambitious growth plans, this role offers the chance to lead the strategy and delivery of paid media activity across multiple channels.
You’ll take full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across search, display, and programmatic platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategy & Delivery: Develop and manage end‑to‑end PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Display, and Programmatic.
- Performance Optimisation: Design and refine campaigns for scalability, efficiency, and profitability.
- Data & Insight: Identify opportunities through data analysis, segmentation, and competitor insights.
- Creative Direction: Produce and guide high‑quality ad copy and landing page recommendations to maximise conversions.
- Budget Management: Oversee significant budgets (ranging from £50K to £500K+ per month) with a focus on ROI and ROAS.
- Testing: Run structured A/B and multivariate tests to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and strategy teams to ensure integrated marketing activity.
- Reporting: Present results, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years’+ experience managing paid media campaigns with a proven record of delivering growth.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant paid platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
- Experience managing large‑scale budgets and achieving consistent ROI.
- Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client‑facing situations.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are advantageous but not essential.
