Our client is a leading specialist in cleanroom solutions and is looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a multi-million-pound customer base across the South East and M4 Corridor.

This is a role for someone who thrives on strategic account development, long-term customer partnerships, and delivering exceptional service in technically demanding environments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of high-value accounts across the South East and M4 Corridor
  • Driving growth through upsell, cross-sell, and proactive opportunity spotting
  • Strengthening retention by building trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Acting as the commercial lead for major customers, ensuring service excellence and contract performance
  • Collaborating with technical, project, and service teams to deliver solutions that meet strict cleanroom and compliance standards
  • Producing accurate forecasts and account plans to support business growth targets
