Are you a relationship-driven commercial operator who knows how to grow and protect high-value accounts? Our client is a leading specialist in cleanroom solutions and is looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a multi-million-pound customer base across the South East and M4 Corridor.
This is a role for someone who thrives on strategic account development, long-term customer partnerships, and delivering exceptional service in technically demanding environments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of high-value accounts across the South East and M4 Corridor
- Driving growth through upsell, cross-sell, and proactive opportunity spotting
- Strengthening retention by building trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Acting as the commercial lead for major customers, ensuring service excellence and contract performance
- Collaborating with technical, project, and service teams to deliver solutions that meet strict cleanroom and compliance standards
- Producing accurate forecasts and account plans to support business growth targets
