They’re seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and significantly grow their new 'Able to Pay' (ATP) sales department. Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for the 'Able to Pay' market segment, focusing on accelerated growth.
- Direct-to-Consumer Sales: Lead the direct sales efforts for our core product offerings, including Solar (with battery storage), Air Source Heat Pumps, and insulation, directly engaging with customers across the UK.
- Product Expansion: Oversee the expansion of the department's sales portfolio to encompass all eligible measures under the ECO4 scheme.
