Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for the 'Able to Pay' market segment, focusing on accelerated growth.
- Direct-to-Consumer Sales: Lead the direct sales efforts for our core product offerings, including Solar (with battery storage), Air Source Heat Pumps, and insulation, directly engaging with customers across the UK.
- Product Expansion: Oversee the expansion of the department's sales portfolio to encompass all eligible measures under the ECO4 scheme.
- Sales Growth: Drive and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs, particularly focusing on rapid growth.
- Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the UK renewable energy and home improvement sectors.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer journey from initial contact through to sale completion.
