The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Digital Content Curriculum Designer to join a growing organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to design and develop high-quality digital learning content for apprenticeships, Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs), and commercial programmes. You’ll take ownership of creating engaging, industry-aligned learning journeys, working closely with curriculum leads and subject matter experts. This is a hybrid role, with at least one day per week in the office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and developing high-quality digital and blended learning content across Levels 2–5
- Creating engaging eLearning modules, digital resources, and workshop materials
- Embedding interactive and innovative learning approaches, including simulations and scenario-based learning
- Researching topics to ensure content is current, relevant, and industry-aligned
- Collaborating with curriculum leads, subject matter experts, and internal teams
- Ensuring content meets required quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience designing digital learning or training content
- Knowledge of the FE and Skills sector
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Understanding of data, technology, and emerging digital tools (including AI)
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on quality and learner engagement
