As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a talented Bid Executive to help us win new business and drive continued success.
This is a key role within the commercial team. Whether it’s writing first drafts, managing bid timelines, or ensuring submissions are polished and timely, your contribution will directly impact our growth journey.
Reporting to the Bid Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full bid lifecycle for specified contracts and play a central role in building out their bid library, refining their processes, and improving the quality and consistency of every submission.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships to ensure timely and high-quality submissions
- Monitoring procurement portals and tracking opportunities
- Supporting bid/no-bid decisions and contributing to risk assessments
- Working cross-functionally with departments including sales, legal, and technical teams
- Excellent written English, with a talent for persuasive and clear communication
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
