We’re partnering with a growing national training provider that’s genuinely making a difference to employers and learners across a specialist sector. They’re now looking for an Apprenticeship Recruitment Manager to take ownership of a developing desk, working closely with employers, sourcing candidates, and driving placements. This role offers the chance to combine sales, recruitment and relationship‑building in a position where your results are visible, valued, and rewarded.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong, long‑term relationships with employers across the sector
  • Proactively generating recruitment opportunities through outreach, networking and referrals
  • Attracting and engaging candidates through job boards, social media and direct sourcing
  • Matching candidates to opportunities and presenting them confidently to employers
  • Managing the full recruitment journey - from initial vacancy through to successful onboarding
  • Creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline of employers, candidates and live roles
  • Attending careers events and industry networking sessions
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive learner experience
  • Growing your desk through repeat business and trusted relationships
