Are you a consultative new-business seller who enjoys real conversations and winning the right clients?
We’re working with a well-established digital agency that’s looking to hire a pure new-business professional to rebuild and own its business development function. This role is about balancing warm inbound leads with proactive outbound activity, working closely with the Managing Director to convert opportunities and bring new logos into the business.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who values relationship-led sales, understands digital solutions, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the full new-business sales cycle from qualification through to close
- Working closely with the Managing Director to nurture and convert warm inbound leads
- Proactively generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Selling digital solutions, particularly websites, using a consultative approach
- Balancing inbound opportunities with consistent outbound pipeline generation
- Building relationships through calls, meetings and face-to-face conversations
- Managing pipeline and forecasting in Monday.com
