We're looking for a commercially sharp UK Sales Manager to lead a team of six and spearhead new business development across the UK. This is a hands‐on leadership role within a fast‐growing B2B services organisation — perfect for someone who loves building pipeline, coaching people, and winning big.
Experience selling into the Care Sector would be a real advantage, though not essential.
What You'll Lead & Deliver- Lead a team of six high‐energy sales professionals, setting standards and driving performance
- Own the new business strategy — from market mapping to closing high‐value service contracts
- Coach and develop your team to elevate capability, confidence, and consistency
- Build senior relationships across key sectors, including Care, Facilities, and wider B2B services
- Collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and long‐term client success
- Report and forecast with accuracy, insight, and commercial clarity
- Proven leadership experience managing a B2B sales team
- A strong track record in new business development
- Experience selling into the Care Sector (advantageous, not essential)
- A confident, front‐footed approach — you lead from the front
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence strategy
- Based in the South West or Midlands, with UK travel as needed
